Your kind of care
Pop-Up Health provides in-home care to independent Veteran clients under the Veterans Home Care Program. Services included within the program to maintain independence are cleaning services, personal care and in-home respite. This program is designed for small practical help, if you require more complex or high-level care you may be eligible for CHSP or HCP.
Cleaning
House cleaning, laundry, dishes, ironing, bed making and basic repairs
Personal Care Services
Assistance with showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation and feeding
Gardening
Garden maintenance, lawn mowing
In-Home Respite
