Support at Home
Your kind of care
Support at Home has officially launched — bringing a new era of aged care that makes it simpler and more flexible for older Australians to receive the care they need at home.
This government-subsidised program replaces traditional Home Care Packages, giving you more control over how and when you receive support. Whether it’s help around the house, clinical nursing care, or allied health services, Support at Home is designed to adapt to your life — not the other way around.
At Pop-Up Health, we believe that getting older shouldn’t mean giving up your independence. That’s why our nurse-led care is designed to keep you in the driver’s seat — with personalised support, genuine connection, and a team that truly listens.
Our experienced nurses, support workers and allied health professionals take the time to understand your health goals, daily routines and what really matters to you. From maintaining your lifestyle to managing complex care needs, we work alongside you to build a plan that evolves with you.
With Pop-Up Health, you’re not just receiving care — you’re choosing how you live.

Understanding Your Support at Home Costs & Funding
At Pop-Up Health, we believe you should always know what you’re paying for — and why. That’s why we keep our pricing clear, simple, and focused on helping you get the most out of your Support at Home funding.
The government covers most of your care costs under the program, but depending on your financial situation, you may be asked to contribute toward your services.
Here’s what to know:
Government Contribution: This is the core funding you receive through the Support at Home program.
Your Contribution: Based on your income, you may be asked to pay a small personal contribution. This is assessed by Services Australia.
Pop-Up Health’s Role: We’ll help you understand any fees upfront, explain what’s included, and work with you to tailor services that match both your needs and your budget.
There are no surprises — just open conversations and a commitment to helping you make your funding go further.
If you have questions about costs or want help understanding your funding, our team is just a phone call away.
Short-Term Care, When You Need It Most
Life doesn’t always follow a schedule — and neither should your care.
We offer short-term care options under the Support at Home program for when you:
- Return home from hospital
- Need temporary extra support after a fall or illness
- Require respite care for a loved one
Our team will respond quickly to get the right services in place, so you can focus on feeling better — at home, where you belong.
How do I get started?
If you’re aged 65+, or 50+ and identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, you may be eligible for support through the government’s Support at Home program.
